  	William Dervin ("Bill") Lotz (1893-1958) was the eldest of the five children of William M. ("Bim") Lotz (1863-1944) and Ella D. ("Nell") Hanley Lotz (1864-1934). He wed Anna Elizabeth Spotswood Lotz with whom he raised their only child, Anna Jean Lotz (Sheets, 1922-2013) who wed Marvin Sheets. Three group photographs -- 1902, 1904 & 1905 -- in which Bill Lotz appears as a child may be viewed on the Memorial to his uncle Henry Lotz, Jr., a Memorial linked to that of Bill's father, "Bim" Lotz, and to those of Bim's and Henry's parents and Bim's and Henry's seven siblings, all of whom are interred at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, seat of Butler County, Ohio. * * * * * Caption for the first photograph: "The family of William (“Bim”) Lotz (1863-1944) and Ella D.
