Survivors also include a granddaughter of Huntsville, Alabama and three grandsons and their wives; five great-grandsons; two sisters, Barbara Merrithew, Saugus, Massachusetts, and Marjorie and John Taatjes, Epping, New Hampshire, and a brother, Frank and Priscilla Ludwig of Epping, New Hampshire.
Will spent his childhood in Saugus, Massachusetts. Moving his young family to Colorado Springs on Christmas Eve of 1950 in a successful effort to save the life of his son, Dick, who was suffering from asthma. He spent most of his working life as a sales man and manager with Sinton Dairy. Besides his work and his family, his only outside activity was bowling in the same Tuesday night league with the same five- man team for 53 years. His highlight was throwing a 288 game when he was 80 years old. Will's desire was to be cremated.
