Lehnhard, starb am Dienstag um vier Uhr im Landhaus ihres Vaters Jacob Mueller in Little Muskingum an einer Komplikation von Problemen, unter denen sie gelitten hat irgendwann. Sie war in und um Marietta gut bekannt und leitete fünf Jahre lang das Queensware-Geschäft in der Lower Front Street. Frau Lehnhard wurde am 28.11.1853 geboren und war somit fast 41 Jahre alt. Von 1869 bis 1875 arbeitete sie als Setzerin in der Druckerei ihres Vaters. 1875 heiratete sie Mr. John H. Lehnhard, der 1889 aus diesem Leben schied und seine Witwe mit einer Familie von fünf kleinen Kindern hinterließ, alles Jungen, von denen das älteste jetzt siebzehn und das jüngste acht Jahre alt ist. Sie sind Carl, John, Armin, Willie und Louis. Durch ihre geschäftlichen Sorgen sowie die Erziehung und Betreuung ihrer kinderreichen Familie stark belastet, geriet ihre Gesundheit ins Wanken. Sie verkaufte ihr Geschäft an Herrn Holst und erkrankte bald zu Tode. Ihre sterblichen Überreste wurden am Mittwochmorgen in diese Stadt gebracht und zum Haus von Herman Angert, 509 Wooster Street, gebracht, von dessen Haus aus die Beerdigung am Abend um 5:30 Uhr Sonnzeit stattfand. Der Verstorbene war ein Mitglied der deutschen St. Pauls-Gemeinde, und der Pastor, Rev. E. Kenchen, leitete die Gottesdienste. ************************************************** Mutter von Louis Lehnhard. ∼ Könnte Carrie Kroft gewesen sein, die Henry Leonhart im Oktober 1889 in Stark County, OH, heiratete.
