Frances wa s born and raised in Bath, January 23, 1922, the younger of two children to Frank and Bernice Lemont. She attended Bath schools and graduated from Morse High School, Class of 1940 as the Secretary of her class. Frances went to school with and marr ied “the boy with the blue eyes” Arthur R. Young on April 18, 1942. Married 68 years, Frances and Arthur raised 4 children; Roger, Gail, Betsy and Julie. They began their family in Bath, Me. with Roger and Gail. Later, Art and Frannie, as most peo ple know them, moved to Gorham, N.H. and completed their family with the birth of Betsy and Julie. Growing up in Maine, Frances enjoyed the beautiful outdoors boating, skiing, walking and playing bridge with her girlfriends. Frances always spok e of the good times skating down at the south end on Goddards Pond. Most of all, Frances enjoyed spending her summers with her family and friends at their summer cottage on southport island. While living at the Hillhouse, Frannie and her sister M argery were known as the “sistah’s” and could always be found sitting together and gazing at the hustle and bustle of others. Frequent visits from her niece Ann Harford and the exceptional support and care from the Hillhouse staff, filled their da ys with joy. A celebration of her life will be held during the summer of 2012 at their family cottage on Camerons Point, Southport Island. | 5160 | Ralph Winchenbach Jr., 73, verstarb friedlich am 30. September 2017 in seinem Zuhause in Waldoboro. Er wurde am 25. Juli 1944 in Damariscotta als Sohn von Ralph Winchenbach und Beatrice Genthner Winchenbach geboren. Er wuchs in Waldoboro auf und besuchte dort die Schule. Er begann seine berufliche Laufbahn als Fischer und fischte auch Muscheln in Maryland. Im Alter von 21 Jahren lernte Ralph Jackie Taylor kennen. Sie heirateten und zogen nach New Bedford, Massachusetts. Dort arbeitete er die nächsten 20 Jahre als Muschelsucher. Nach langer, schwerer Krankheit kehrte er nach Maine zurück, um dort Muscheln zu fangen, bis er schließlich in den Ruhestand ging. Er schraubte und reparierte gerne Oldtimer und restaurierte auch sein Boot. Seine Eltern, seine beiden Söhne Michael und Nicholas Winchenbach sowie seine Schwester Muriel Winchenbach sind bereits verstorben. Er hinterlässt seine Töchter Joanne Winchenbach aus New Bedford, Massachusetts, Angela Winchenbach und Cheryl Winchenbach aus Tennessee sowie Jessica Winchenbach aus Cushing, seine Söhne Jason Dee aus Waldoboro, Douglas Luce aus Union und Eric Cronk aus Damariscota, seine Brüder Eugene F. Winchenbach, Allen R. Surviving are his wife, Beatrice Genthner Winchenbach of Waldoboro; six sons, Dale of Waldoboro, Montgomery of Rockland, Larry of Chicago, Allan of Warren, Ralph Jr., of Tenants Harbor and Eugene of Waldoboro, seven daughters, Muriel and Darlene, both of Waldoboro, Mrs. Beatrice Quintall of Damariscotta, Mrs. Patricia Feltis, Mrs. Sandra Sykes, Mrs. Charlene Boyington and Mrs. Lind Boyington all of Waldoboro; three brothers, Harold and Eugene, both of Appleton and Paul of Waldoboro; five sisters, Mrs. Ruby Genthner of Bremen, Mrs. Helen Chapman of Damariscotta, Mrs. Phylis Payson of Thomaston, Mrs. Ester Creamer of Wiscasset and Mrs. Myra Dodge of Bridgton; 20 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Die Aufbahrung findet heute Abend von 17 bis 21 Uhr im Jones Family Funeral Services in McComb statt und am Samstag von 10 Uhr bis zum Gottesdienst dort um 13 Uhr. Pfarrer Jerry Gressett wird den Gottesdienst leiten. Die Beerdigung findet auf dem Hollywood Cemetery statt. Herr Ludwig wurde am 7. Juli 1957 in Rome, N.Y. geboren. Er war der Sohn von Raymond J. Ludwig und Mary Eloa Wimley Ludwig Parker. Am 5. Mai hatte er gerade alle Anforderungen der Küstenwache für seinen Kapitänsschein für 100-Tonnen-Schiffe erfüllt. Er war ein wunderbarer Sohn und hingebungsvoller Vater. Seine Familie sagte: „Raymond hat jetzt seinen Frieden mit Gott gefunden und seine ganze Familie und die vielen Freunde, die er mit seiner freundlichen und fürsorglichen Persönlichkeit gewonnen hat, werden ihn schmerzlich vermissen. Wir werden uns an seine Liebe erinnern.“ Vor Herrn Ludwig starben ein Bruder, Michael Kashmere; eine Schwester, Pamela Ludwig; drei Onkel, Howard Ludwig, Burnett Ludwig und Alex Varaksa. Hinterbliebene sind seine Eltern; ein Sohn, Justin Ray Ludwig; eine Tochter, Jeni Lou Ludwig; die Mutter seiner Kinder, Sharon Ludwig; ein Bruder und eine Schwägerin, Herr und Frau William Ludwig; eine Schwester, Dina Lynn DePoala; Tanten und Onkel, Herr und Frau Wayne Ludwig, Herr und Frau Gary Ludwig, Frau Emily Varaksa, Herr und Frau Tim Lambert und Sheila Lambert; Cousins, Alex und Kim Varaksa; zahlreiche weitere Nichten, Neffen und Cousins. He was a graduate of Dixon High School. Mr. Brandly was self-employed in real estate, and had been a pilot in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a member of Minerva Lodge #98, F&AM, Miamisburg; Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton; Antioch Temple, Dayton; past patron of Jacob Eby Chapter #571, OES, West Carrollton; and president of the National WACO Club for 30 years. Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Susanna Lynn Brandly of Camden, Marja Brandly (Michael) Irwin of Ventura, Calif.; one sister, Marie B. Flora of Eaton; one brother, Earl Brandly of Eaton; nieces, nephews and cousins; and his former wife, Alice (Campbell) Brandly of Dayton. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Kent Brandly.
