- Wesley Edward Lotz (1896-1964) was the second-born of the five children of William M. ("Bim") Lotz and Ella D. ("Nell") Lotz who wed on Nov. 21, 1889, in West Virginia, and made their home in Hamilton, the seat of Butler County, Ohio, where all five of their children were born. As described on the Memorial to William M. ("Bim") Lotz, the family moved to San Jose, California, circa 1907. Wesley Edward Lotz honorably served as a corporal in the U. S. Army during World War I, and wed Mildred Minaker during the early 1920s. Their marriage ended in divorce, circa 1940, and they are not known to have had any children. Wesley's FindAGrave Memorial is linked to those of his parents and his two brothers, William Dervin ("Bill") Lotz and Robert Earl Vincent ("Bob") Lotz. The location of the graves of Wesley's sisters, Mary Irene Lotz Knox (1898-1983) and Nellie Elizabeth Lotz Burleson (1904-1944) has not yet been ascertained nor has that of Wesley's wife, Mildred Minaker. Three group photographs -- 1902, 1904 & 1905 -- in which Wesley appears as a child may be viewed on the Memorial to his uncle Henry Lotz, Jr., a Memorial linked to that of Wesley's father, "Bim" Lotz, and to those of Bim's and Henry's parents and Bim's and Henry's seven siblings, all of whom are interred at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, seat of Butler County, Ohio.
