	SCHENK SERVICE A memorial service for Otto C. Schenk, 69, of 1112 Buckingham Road who died May 20, 1993, will be at 3 p.m. today in the First Lutheran Church, where he was a member. A native of Columbus, Ohio, he retired from Burlington Industries. He was a past chairman of the Triad Minority Purchasing Council. Surviving are wife, Mrs. Betty Hornaday Schenk; daughters, Mrs. Ruth S. Roland of Greensboro, Ms. Sarah H. Schenk of Charleston, S.C.; son, David H. Schenk of Atlanta, Ga.; sisters, Mrs. Kathryn Schenk Thompson of Greensboro; three grandchildren. The family will be at the church after the service. Contributions may be made to the First Lutheran Endowment Fund, 3600 W. Friendly Ave., Greensboro, N.C. 27410.
