	Rodney Melvin Kaminskas, age 77, of Eddyville, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024 surrounded by his family. Rodney was born on March 22, 1947 in Hillside, IL to the late Melvin and Dorothy Zipp Kaminskas. Rodney proudly owned his own business, specializing in HVAC services. In his free time, Rodney enjoyed fishing, golfing and attending car shows. Survivors include his wife of thirty-four years, Judith Saxen Kaminskas, one daughter, Renee (Brandon) Countryman of Joliet, IL; three sons, Mark (Sandy) Kaminskas of Eddyville, Michael Kaminskas of Mauston, WI, Steven (Devon) Savage of Joliet, IL; one sister, Donna (Ronald) Eckstein of Hudson, Fl; one brother Jeff Kaminskas of Oswego, IL; seven grandchildren, Sierra, Madison, Averi, Kaiden, Savannah, Ryan and Christin; four great grandchildren, Riggs, Kaley, Izzy and Jaxx; several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Lakeland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
