Nicholas M. O'Brien, 40, of Saco, passed away after a long battle with addiction at home on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
He was born in Portland on January 5, 1982, a son of Denise Fabian and Michael O'Brien. He graduated from South Portland High School.
Nick met his longtime girlfriend Michelle Kelley at the age of 25. They enjoyed many special times together over the past 15 years.
Nick was employed in the construction industry for many years throughout York and Cumberland County.
Nick was known for being fashion forward, always wanting to look dress up and look sharp. He enjoyed shopping and was always up for a trip to the mall. He also liked going to Oxford Casino to experience the action and all it had to offer.
Nick was a member of the recovery community. He made many special relationships that he cherished. He will be sadly missed by many.
He is survived by his mother Denise Fabian, his father Michael O'Brien and his longtime girlfriend Michelle Kelley. He is also survived by two sisters Candace Murray, Ashley O'Brien, one brother Richard Murray and wife Julie and several nieces and nephews.
