Myra E. Dodge, Bridgton, died Sept 20 at her Forest Avenue home. She was born in Waldoboro, a daughter of Harold and Ruth Creamer Winchenbach and attended schools there. Mrs. Dodge went to Bridgton 30 years ago. She was a housekeeper for many years for Mrs. William Foster. Surviving are a daughter, Jeanne Davis of Bridgton; four sons, Frank A. Dodge III of Oscoda, Mich., Jack R. Dodge of Connecticut, Davis D. Dodge of Norway and Darryl Watkins of Yarmouth; a brother, Eugene Winchenbach of Appleton; three sisters, Ruby Genthner of Bremen, Phyllis Waisanen of Thomaston and Helen Chapman of Damariscotta, and nine grandchildren. A funeral was held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Wood Funeral Home, Fryeburg. Committal prayers and burial Monday at Forest hill Cemetery. Lincoln County News: September 27th, 1984. |
