Harold Winchenbach 49, Thomaston died Friday at a Rockport hospital after a long illness. he was the husband of Daphana Morse Winchenbach. He was born in Waldoboro a son Harold and Ruth Creamer Winchenbach. Mr. Winchenbnach was a marine food handler in the mid-coast Maine area. Surviving are his wife of Thomaston; four sons, Dale Winchenbach, Anthony Winchenbach and Wayne Winchenbach all of Rockland, and Harold Winchenbnach of Thomaston; a stepson Paul Douglas of Rockland; two daughters, Sandra Noyes of Glen Cove and Bonita Winchenbach of Thomaston, two stepdaughters, Barbara Douglas and Teresa Douglas, both of Thomaston, a brother, Eugene Winchenbach of Appleton, four sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Ruby) Genthner of Bremen, Helen Chapman of Damariscotta, Phyllis Waisanen of Thomaston and Myra Dodge of South Paris and three grandchildren. A funeral was held at 1 p.m. Monday at Davis Funeral Home. Burial in Village Cemetery. Lincoln County News: September 15, 1983. |
